Scott LaMothe

Scott is a 1993 graduate of the University of Vermont’s Athletic Training program.  After college he started working in the fitness industry, quickly starting HealthTrek, LLC, dedicated to Personal Fitness Training and Corporate Wellness Programming.  In 22 years Scott has trained individuals and groups with a variety of fitness goals including injury prevention and rehabilitation, athletic performance, weight loss, and those new to exercise.  Scott believes clients need to engage in a variety of activities to enhance their total being and reach their potential.
