Ann has been working in the fitness industry for 30 years starting as an aerobic instructor and personal trainer and eventually owning her own gym “The Body Garage” before landing at SAC. She has experience working with every fitness level from de-conditioned people to the elite athlete and post rehab clientele.She believes fitness and nutrition are a lifestyle. Get into the gym to improve your sport, prevent injury and feel better! Cross training is important. Routines should be mixed up to prevent overuse and boredom.When Ann is not in the gym training a client or teaching a class she is outdoors skiing, road or mountain biking, running or trying to keep up with her 4 kids! Her philosophy is play a lot and burn a lot! Calories in versus calories out. Stay fit and have fun doing it!
