Meg Kopald first began doing Pilates about 15 years ago when back and neck injuries began to interrupt her daily life. She enjoyed it right away and her injuries soon improved, along with her shape, energy and stamina. After 4 consistent years of practice, she began the training process. She completed an intensive training with Polestar, including the reformer and chair as well as the tower bed. She has also trained with Balanced Body. She enjoys challenging her students, whatever their level, and tries to keep her classes different and fun.
